There are several trainers on my site.
I'll assume you're using Raymond trainer - anyway, they are all very similar.
Editing your character is pretty straightforward, so I guess you won't have any trouble there.
As for exporting items, you can save the items you have into a file, so you can use it in another game if you like. I got some collection of items on my site - some of which are legitimate, and some are hacked items.
Note that if you edited an item, say using AIE, the item would revert back to the original item when you start a new game with the current character (the game had some extra bytes for checking this, and does the check for each new game. So unless you can figure out the check bytes, the item would revert back to original).
For importing items, say you've made or edited an item (using say AIE), or you want to import an item you've previously exported, there should be an item file
(*.hfi or *.itm).
So, using one of the trainer (say Raymond trainer), just import that particular item file into your character. Easiest way is to replace an item you already have with that item you just created.
So in the game, just put some empty slots with 1 gold coin each. Then replace that gold
coin(s) with the item(s) you created. 1 coin would take only 1 slot, while the item you create may take more than 1 slots. However, it's ok. Back in the game, just pick the item you created, and do whatever you want with it.
